Beautiful spot.

The tree house is simply a dream! From the super warm welcome from Jose, to the tree house itself, to the view, everything is breathtaking! Much attention to detail and really by far the best accommodation we have ever been in!

In addition, Jose had even helped me prepare my marriage proposal in the tree house and decorated the house with great Hawaiian flowers. It was amazing.

If you are on O'ahu, you must stay in this tree house!!!

Very close-to-nature tree-house. The design is amazing.

One of the most unique places I have stayed anywhere in the world. Jose was very responsive when setting up the reservation. He met us at the property and showed us around. It is exactly as described. The main treehouse is 3 stories and completely supported by the tree. There is a full bathroom and kitchen pavilion attached. All of the materials are custom with the wood coming from the Big Island. All with a view of downtown Honolulu. Located at the end of a dead end street so it is peaceful.

Jose spent 6 years on this project and it really shows. The price is not cheap but well worth staying in such an unusual properly. No issues with weather or bugs.

Jose’s treehouse is amazing, location is great in walking distance to ala moanna or right near the bus stop. Bathroom & sitting areas were great. Has a fully ammenitied kitchen. Highly recommend for people looking for something different.

We have stayed in many around the country (several were tree houses) and this was nothing short of Amazing! We loved the view, the setting, the space the ambience and the uniqueness of this Piece of paradise! We have long loved tree houses and the concept of “Glamping” and have had the opportunity to stay at two different ones in Texas and a 3rd one in Tennessee…all built by Pete Nelson, The Tree Master. Jose built this one himself. The engineering structure as well as, the artistry of his design at incorporating all aspects of a 100 year old Banyon Tree into the structure, while still providing all the amenities of home is amazing! He should have no problem at keeping his reservations for this full. If there is any problem it will be, having any space left on the calendar for he & his family to enjoy it! Thank You Jose for all your kind hospitality and for sharing your beautiful creation with us!

Great experience in this amazing Treehouse Totally recommend! The Treehouse is very quiet and private, and experience when you wake up with singing birds is amazing!
If you're looking for wild filling near the city this house is for you! You'll never find anything else on this island with this filing! We will come back for sure!
And the host is very responsible and helpful. Thanks to Jose's advice, he recommended beautiful places and good restaurants we saved a lot of our time on research.

What a gem of a place to stay in a magical treehouse. Being above the city, surrounded by craftsmanship, and nestled in a banyan tree made it memorable. My favourite was the symphony of birds filling the morning air.
Josh was helpful and easy to communicate with, and also gave his recommendations for local hikes and restaurants.

Experience of a lifetime stay! This tree house is brand new. An incredible cool place to spend some unique time in Ohau. With the sunrise the birds starts to sing. You get the impression that you stay in the forest. Simply amazing. A must see.

Absolutely incredible Probably one of my favorite locations I’ve ever stayed at. I got nervous about the storm in the treehouse, but honestly it was incredible. Have a cabin winter vibe with the warmth of the tropical decor in a tree. Ha! Really awesome experience. Thank you for sharing your home with my husband and I.
